FRANCOIS VAN COKE
FRANCOIS VAN COKE is known as the lead singer of the celebrated rock bands, Fokofpolisiekar and Van Coke Kartel and as one of South Africa’s most legendary performers. He has been mesmerising audiences and leaving them wanting for more for over ten years. During his ten year career as frontman of these Afrikaans rock bands, Francois has released seven full length albums and three EP’s. He has collaborated with the likes of Jack Parow, Die Antwoord and Die Heuwels Fantasties. He has received four SAMA Awards and multiple MK Awards. Francois regularly undertakes solo tours where he performs acoustic renditions of all the favourite Fokofpolisiekar and Van Coke Kartel songs.
April 2015 will see the release of Francois van Coke’s much anticipated debut solo album.
Francois will release a 7” single vinyl with his first single and an exclusive B Side in February 2015.
